There are a few ticks for heart patient which needs to prevent the change of heart attack naturally. What can you do to prevent the heart attack? You can do:
- Eat nutrient foods plus a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and foods with high in omega-3 fatty acids such as fresh tuna.
- Avoid salt, red meat, and sweets.
- Maintain a balanced diet.
- Find a few relaxations works like meditation and yoga which refresh your mind and body and help your heart too well.
- If you are a smoker van it at least 1 year and you will feel better than before in your heart.
- If your blood pressure is so high, you need to control it by doing a balanced diet, taking regular exercise or doing physical activity.
- Too much blood sugar is the main cause of heart attack or stroke. So, you need to consult with your doctor to control your blood sugar level.
- High cholesterol level makes your heart attack or stroke more likely. If you don’t know about the cholesterol level, work with your doctor to know the level.
- Extra weight is the risk of heart attack. So, if you don’t know how much weight you should have according to your height and age, go to your doctor and consult with him about it.
